Technological Process
This production line is mainly composed of hot blast stove, dryer main engine, conveyor, dispersing feeder, discharging device, induced draft fan, power distribution cabinet, dust removal equipment, control system and other accessories. Detailed technological process is as follows: Material in the large guide Angle of the guide plate and material curtain state, the inside and outside of the coal water quickly evaporated into steam, steam is then pumped away by the induced draft fan, so as to achieve the purpose of drying, after heat exchange to complete the drying operation of the material into the discharge process, the tail gas of the production line through the multi-stage dust removal device for follow-up processing.
