Working Principle
1.Sludge dryer has a certain viscosity. During the drying process, when the sludge enters the dryer and then enters the following working area: guide area, cleaning area, inclined lifting plate area, discharge area.
2.Wet sludge into the guide material area and hot air touched after evaporation of a large amount of water, then into the cleaning area. The lifting plate make the material form curtain state, cleaning area is provided with a cleaning device, which can quickly clean off the sludge bonding cylinder wall. In this process, it can also be broken pellet agglomeration, increasing the heat exchange area and improving the drying rate.
3.After drying the finished product moisture standard, it will into the final discharge area. The material rolls to the discharge port to complete the whole drying process.
4.The reasonable structural design of the supporting wheel and the diversified lubrication methods make the supporting wheel less prone to wear and shaft breakage, shorten the replacement cycle, and extend the service life of the supporting wheel.
