Technological Process
Iron powder is first shoveled into the feeder by the scraper, and then evenly sent to the belt conveyor by the feeder, and then into the dryer through the guide tube. The heat generated by the combustion of fuel in the hot blast stove enters the main engine under the action of the extraction fan for contact with the iron powder. The iron powder is evenly dispersed and fully in contact with the hot air under the turning of the sheet distributed in the drying drum. Accelerated iron powder drying heat transfer, mass transfer, evaporation of water. The iron powder dryer produced by our company is a three-way sealed structure, which can reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency. The dried iron powder is discharged through the discharge hopper and transported to the designated place for storage.
