Technological Process
The main components of tailings dryer are: crusher, conveyor, feeder, heat source equipment, three-cylinder dryer, discharge device, air system, dust removal equipment, electronic control system, etc. Detailed technological process is as follows: After the material is put in from one end of the dryer, the material is evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer under the turning of the plate copy device distributed in the inner cylinder, and the Z-shaped reciprocating motion is carried out with the hot air to fully contact and accelerate the drying heat transfer. In the drying process, the material can be moved to the discharge port of the dryer under the action of the inclined copy plate and the hot air flow.
